Pico Union Biennial Report

The Community Redevelopment Agency of City of  Los Angeles has many redevelopment projects and on annual or biennial basis it reports on activities and proposals for each redevelopment area. This project is a biennial report for the Pico Union area. As well as an invitation for a tour and panel discussion at one of the projects that was completed within this project area, The Vista Montoya Condominiums.
