USSearch.com Redesign

USSearch.com is the oldest online people search and background check service. In 2009 we redesigned the site completely improving, usability, messaging and updating the look and feel. The search and purchase funnel was redesigned so the user could easily find and complete tasks and choose the right products to order. Different landing pages were created not only for clarity of the user but also for marketing segmentation improvements. Many changes were made that also improved readability specially by those impared with color blindness. A big improvement was made on the shopping cart page not only improving conversion but decreasing customer care calls.
